I would not have given them even a one star rating except I had to in order to post this review. I purchased a piece of wood art from La Kat art gallery as a gift. It was very expensive. It was not quite right so I wanted to return it. The return policy is 15 days. I was 3 days late. I live 60 miles away. The art piece was still in the original packaging having never been opened. The "lady" would not even consider the return. She was very rude and condescending.I will never go there again and I hope to warn others from purchasing from them. Terrible customer service.

La Katz. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The shop has beautiful hand made wood crafted items. They seem to specialize in cat items although they also have lots of other wood items such as tables, chest of drawers, nite stands, benches, football related items, coasters, amazing wood wind chimes and much more. I can’t describe the artistic hand crafted items well enough! The wood shop where these are made is just down the street. Which means made in USA. I picked up a wood chime and the “chimes” are actually wood craved cowboy boots! The kitty ones are great too! If u are in area, check it out.

I saw an item in the La Cat while shopping with my 2 small grandsons, Ginger was at the store that day, She is a most delightful and helpful lady, I ask if this item could be made to fit into my home and she said, "Yes" whonderful to know they were willing to do that. Have been back out there a couple times with the boys, by the way the boys 3 and 5 yrs of age. Think Ginger is the greatest, she treated them with respect and they responded in kind. Thank You Ginger and All those who have been involved with this project. I highly recommend everyone should make the drive they have a great variety of items for your home or man cave. I will return in the near future.
