I absolutely love this clinic. The front staff is very kind and attentive and you never have to wait long to be seen. The nurses that attend to you before the doctors see you are always very kind and friendly. I see Dr Marshall and she is fantastic! Never have I had such a personable and sincerely interested in you doctor and I’m super happy I became her patient. If you’re looking for a doctor that pays attention to your concerns and shares with you in detail what may be best for your specific circumstance, then this is the doctor for you. I can’t say enough good things!

I always feel like I am heard and listened to. Dr.Marshall makes me feel that while she is in the room with me,nothing else is as important as what I am there for. Dr. Marshall always gives me the impression that she will get to the answers for you. I have never felt like I didn't matter or was a whiner for even being there.

I and my family have been using Naches Mecical Clinic for over 40 years.Dr Bauer keeps himself well informed and up to date on medical care practices and keeps us informed and well cared for in the process.For all these years his staff has kept the flow in and out of the office with precision. In other words, I seldom sit and wait more than a few minutes before I'm with Dr Bauer or one of his staff. Those who have had the not so wonderful experience of waiting and waiting at other clinics will probably have a hard time believing what I just wrote.Kudos to a great clinic.

The receptionist Roslyn is very rude and unprofessional. Do to work, I don't always have time to make appointments at the drop of a hat. After running out of a medication needed for diabetes that I've been on for over a year, Dr. Marshal denied my refill even though it put my life at serious risk; simply because she wanted me to make an appointment so she could charge my insurance for another unneeded Dr visit.

The Naches clinic always gets my aging parents in same day! Dr. Lannette has the sweetest way of explaining and encouraging their geriatric woes. Clinic staff is competent, caring, and professional. So happy with our small town services.

I am unsure if he is taking patients since he is also instruction new physicians, but Dr. Russell Maier is an amazing doctor. He listens!
