“Was in yesterday afternoon and there was an elderly man who wanted to ship something back but had no idea who sent it to him and what his item was. He was very confused and agitated but the young man helping him was patient, kind, and respectful to him. Customer service at it's finest, way to go!”

“Talk about doing business RIGHT! Went to FedEx on Washington to return something and the lady working couldn’t print a label for me so she sent me to ship shop and once I walked in they took over the rest. Thank you so much for helping me out! Highly recommend. Avoid FedEx on Washington. You figure they would help but nope! Doin the bare minimum”
