My card didn't work at the gas pump so I walked inside to the fuel desk. There was nobody there. So after 5 minutes of waiting at the desk I decided to ask an employee there if I can get some fuel. He yelled at me and asked me if he looked like a cashier. Terrible customer service.

At Love’s Travel Stop at 1276 Rush Road, Napavine WA 98532, Manager on front desk behaviour very bad with Professional Truck Drivers. Language very hard and treated very badly, not assisting properly.
Charging extra $2 per page for printing while printing of paperwork is free for Professional Truck Drivers. Inspite of this not behaving well.
Felt very sad after a drive of about 7 hours. I want to get little relaxed at truck stop but she ruined my comfort at the end of the day.

Convenient stop when traveling between Oregon and Washington - easy access, clean, and pleanty of options. Only downside was Caesar salad we bought, which was spoiled. Otherwise a good place to take a break on the road.

Disappointed in the 1 hour parking limit. Love's is usually such a great place to take a break, but not this one.

This store is very lovely! When we arrived to use the bathroom and fuel up we were greeted walking in the door. The store was very clean and food was so good. and in the bathroom the employe Cole was doing an out standing job cleaning every stall so we had clean stalls to use thank you the bathroom looked amazing. We will return again. 5 stars

Very clean and well built bathrooms. Great staff, especially Jacob who was especially friendly and helpful.
