I was yelled at repeatedly by a worker at this gas station to move my car closer to the pump, although there was no issue. He ran out twice to continuously scream at me for no reason, so I took my business elsewhere. It was such an insane experience and I’d never encountered someone so rude.

This arco is always more expensive than other arcos in the area. Price for regular gas always higher by 30-40 cents per gallon seems like.

This 1 star review is stemming from an incident that occurred last night regarding cashing in lottery tickets. I come to this spot several times a week since 2018. I am an extremely reasonable person, however things don’t just go missing. I gave the clerk $33.00 in lottery tickets to cash in. He gives me $26.00 back. I tell him that I’m missing $7.00. He asks me how much did I give him to begin with, as though the computer didn’t just tell him the amount of each ticket. I reiterate that I’m missing money. He starts pulling tickets out of the trash, most of which were not mines. He found SOME of my tickets and then tells me to go around the corner and rescan the tickets, knowing that the computer doesn’t show you the ticket value after it’s already cashed out. To some people, it’s just $7.00. To me, that was MY $7.00 that rightfully belonged to me. A piece of paper doesn’t just dissipate into thin air and the paper doesn’t have leg to walk, sooooo…the ticket went somewhere. There was a line, I was starting to get upset and started to ask him to just give me the trash can and I’ll go and find my tickets on my own, but I’m black; and as soon as black people use assertiveness and direct approach, we automatically get labeled as hostile, and angry, and monkeys, and thugs, so I just left and took that L. I won’t be coming back to this location as long as this employee is employed here.

Went here to fill my daughters new bike tires up for her birthday, charge 2.50 for air with a broken machine for payment, don’t do cash back and make you use their atm which has a 3.50 charge just to get cash. $6 to use an air machine, no free air with gas or purchase.

Nice little family run place with wonderful down to earth staff. Good selection of treats (both sugar and sugar-free) and drinks (alchoholic and non-alcoholic [No liquor]) for those on-the-go and one of the only places to get a self-service fountain drink outside of the local fast food joints.The only downsides are the inflated prices and the non-observance of the Arco Rewards system. That's the price you pay for convenience though as it is the only petrol station located between the Renton Highlands and the Factoria Neighborhood of Bellevue on the I405 arterial of Coal Creek Parkway.

My package was accidentally delivered here and they opened my package. Then, when asked why the manager said it was because it was delivered there, it doesn't matter that the name on the package wasn't for anyone there. Insanelyrude for no reason. Plus, their gas is insanely priced, or something is always wrong with the credit card reader.Lame business practices.

It's an Arco station with snacks. Nothing is very clean, everything could use a coat of paint, and the gas is cheaper than every place else. Got on issue with any of it.
