Horrible manager at this location. Poor customer service. Please don't do your banking here. They are inconsiderate and do not want to actually help you. Bank of America is the worst bank I've dealt with, and will never bank with this greedy organization again. They will charge you nickels and dimes consistently.

I wish I could write a solid review for this location. I am a big fan of B of A (generally speaking). That said, I needed to have an I-9 document notarized, and they were unable to complete this process. I scheduled an appointment to have new hire paperwork notarized. This process has grown in popularity during the pandemic due to work locations being remote. The notary called me about an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask what an I-9 was. When we arrived, she quickly read through the instructions and said she was not authorized to do this. The instructions given by the "Notary Public Packet", issued by the government, says that I could have a notary, or even trusted friend, complete this. Simply put, she did not want to help. I went across the street and had this done within twenty minutes. In short, while this location may be good at many aspects of banking, they were not interested in helping me in notarizing a document, even when doing my due diligence to ensure that I scheduled an appointment. I feel bad writing this because I do wish I could be more positive about my experience, but hopefully can save others from a similar experience.

TLDR: bad customer service Unfortunately while my first meeting there had been a success and i felt like the banker I was communicating with really cared about my financial pursuits and relationship with the bank, the second was not. The banker suggested to schedule a second meeting, i agreed. Two days before the meeting, i emailed her asking to do it over the phone and she responded saying that works and that she would call. The time of the meeting, 12PM, she did not call. I emailed her at 12:01 and she didn't respond. I finally called the location around 12:18 and was able to get a reach of her to then hear that she was busy doing something else and that she could call me later or reschedule. But our meeting was scheduled from 12 to 12:30 so that answer really wasn't satisfactory. Especially since the rest of today and basically this month is looking busy for me. The whole time the question in my head was, "Why was she busy during a time that she had scheduled to meet with me?" During our brief conversation, she answered a couple of my questions but the rush in her answers was evident and it didn't feel all that productive. Since I've worked with a banker who was extremely attentive and caring at another bank this incident was even more surprising. If she had given me a notice ahead of time I would've been fine with it. But this? No. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I was excited to build a relationship with Bank of America but truthfully now i'm a bit more hesitant. Maybe I'll try another branch in the future, just definitely not this one.

Worst experience I've had in any bank!!The multiple negative reviews should have been a warning sign. The relationship manager has zero relationship management skills.Disengaged and dismissed our questions, rude to say the least. The manager was no help either.Stay away from this location.Completely turned me off.Walked out and went to the next block to the local BECU, I had a very pleasant experience.I am now a new member at BECU and I am glad I left BOA and never looked back.
