This place not only sucks in everyway- they wouldn't even cash a check that is from there bank even with proper ID, information, 100s of check cashed quickly and effortlessly. Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to verify a legitimate check written by the Bank of America

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. You can’t get anything done without an appointment, and then when you show up for your appointment, the “relationship manager” Wendy Man will waste your time trying to upsell you on other services.

great service. Vijay Laxmi addressed our issues very well. I also notice good team work at this location.

People are descent but this branch is always understaffed and super slow. A simple cash withdrawal (slightly above the ATM limit) took me 27 minutes!

Terrible service. I needed to wire funds and despite having a room full of staff nobody was able or trained or had time to do so. Nobody told me it was possible to do online. Fortunately I worked out how to do that myself. If you need a manual ATM then this is the place to go. If you need anything else, forget it.

Extremely poor experience at this branch location. The associate needed to request approval from the manager, and the manager did not come out of her office for 25+ minutes with no communication of when she would be able to help with question.Due to this experience with the manager at this branch, ill be closing the account and moving to another bank asap.

Horrible manager at this location. Poor customer service. Please don't do your banking here. They are inconsiderate and do not want to actually help you. Bank of America is the worst bank I've dealt with, and will never bank with this greedy organization again. They will charge you nickels and dimes consistently.

Haven't been, but the hours are pathetic. If you don't want to be open for your customers, just close the branch. How does this location close at 4pm and havd no weekend hours while Wells Fargo and Key Bank across the street close at 5pm (6pm on Friday) with weekend hours. Either compete or close this useless location. Rant over.

I wish I could write a solid review for this location. I am a big fan of B of A (generally speaking). That said, I needed to have an I-9 document notarized, and they were unable to complete this process. I scheduled an appointment to have new hire paperwork notarized. This process has grown in popularity during the pandemic due to work locations being remote. The notary called me about an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask what an I-9 was. When we arrived, she quickly read through the instructions and said she was not authorized to do this. The instructions given by the "Notary Public Packet", issued by the government, says that I could have a notary, or even trusted friend, complete this. Simply put, she did not want to help. I went across the street and had this done within twenty minutes. In short, while this location may be good at many aspects of banking, they were not interested in helping me in notarizing a document, even when doing my due diligence to ensure that I scheduled an appointment. I feel bad writing this because I do wish I could be more positive about my experience, but hopefully can save others from a similar experience.

TLDR: bad customer service Unfortunately while my first meeting there had been a success and i felt like the banker I was communicating with really cared about my financial pursuits and relationship with the bank, the second was not. The banker suggested to schedule a second meeting, i agreed. Two days before the meeting, i emailed her asking to do it over the phone and she responded saying that works and that she would call. The time of the meeting, 12PM, she did not call. I emailed her at 12:01 and she didn't respond. I finally called the location around 12:18 and was able to get a reach of her to then hear that she was busy doing something else and that she could call me later or reschedule. But our meeting was scheduled from 12 to 12:30 so that answer really wasn't satisfactory. Especially since the rest of today and basically this month is looking busy for me. The whole time the question in my head was, "Why was she busy during a time that she had scheduled to meet with me?" During our brief conversation, she answered a couple of my questions but the rush in her answers was evident and it didn't feel all that productive. Since I've worked with a banker who was extremely attentive and caring at another bank this incident was even more surprising. If she had given me a notice ahead of time I would've been fine with it. But this? No. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I was excited to build a relationship with Bank of America but truthfully now i'm a bit more hesitant. Maybe I'll try another branch in the future, just definitely not this one.
