I got help by their private banker Stephen for fixing a failed online credit card application. So I do not need to do hard check on my credit twice. It was an amazing and smooth experience.

The staff has been consistently helpful with most things. They did not know about the result of having a primary person on your account would result in the account completely closing when your spouse dies. You have no money and no warning. They did work with me to reopen my account. It meant getting a new credit card and bank number. It was a huge mess. This is standard for all banks if you have only one person be the primary.

How can I give this place zero stars? The branch manager pulled the teller to the side as I was waiting and said that she didn't have time for me. She was rude and seemed very entitled.

Worst customer service bank I have ever been to. I have called and left numerous voicemails with no call backs. I had to drive to the branch to have them to correct the issue (still not corrected now). When you call the direct line no ones available. I'm so glad this branch isn't my local one.

Went to open a savings account. Was turned away because of no appointment. Not sure if all banks do this in the PNW but in the Midwest, they break their legs running for extra business and accommodate walk ins. I understand the point of appointments, but I don't understand turning away business. And I was in the bank for 10 minutes - it was EMPTY (no other customers). It was a simple account that shouldn't have taken long given you can open accounts online in that amount of time (I needed to add my son which I couldn't figure out online).

Chase Bank is the bank that I use and the tellers are great, they take care of you. And they know you by name.you never have to wait.
