This pharmacy used to be good before it became a CVS. The staff is rude and not personal. I recently had questions about a medication prescribed to my toddler and the pharmacy tech was less than helpful. The last thing you need when trying to care for a sick loved one.
Unfortunately would not recommend this pharmacy any longer.

The store itself is really clean and there are enough products on the shelf. The area around the pharmacy is well-layed out and the pharmacy staff, even if there are a lot of people in the line, do their best to help everyone with a professional attitude.

Former Bartell Drugs. Still getting their sea-legs, but at least it's getting stocked regularly. Pharmacy ok, but the same applies here. Took 45 min to pick up Rx phoned in by Dr. Passport photos, including digital. Money transfers. Prices look like full retail with sporadic sale items. Definitely not cheap.

It was great!
Although the pharmacy was busy, I got my prescription and the pharmacist that I had was very helpful.
The staff were kind and professional despite the long line.

From the moment I arrived at the pharmacy, the entire process—filling out the necessary paperwork and receiving the required services—was well-done (even though I heard that the pharmacy went through a conversion recently). The pharmacists and all the staff were very kind and professional, and helped me get my prescription in a timely manner.

Inessa at the pharmacy counter treating customers very rudely, they don't inform you about your prescription and how to use the medicine. After 30mins waiting when you ask, they're not cooperative and showing attitudes. Always running out of medicines, obviously their inventory is poorly managed. I'll change my preferred pharmacy to elsewhere...

This store is receiving horrible reviews for a reason. Their customer service is awful! So bad that I had to leave and go back to the store I came from 15 minutes away. ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE OVER 90 DAYS AND MULTIPLE ENCOUNTERS!!!

Uneducated staff. They made me stand in pharmacy line for pretty long only to tell me the flu shot line is at drop off counter. It's unfortunate there are staff who has zero respect for time. Zero respect for patients.

They don't actually call you back now or even text you like their automated machine claims they will. Certainly not within an hour, I've been waiting DAYS for a call back.
Not surprising, CVS has never been great
Why did Bartells change to CVS, now there are basically no good pharmacies and it's beyond frustrating

This used to be bartell drugs when it changed to cvs became very very bad. You can not talk to any one in the store or pharmacy over the phone the computer will not allowed you to the pharmacy service is so much degraded from the past. Need to look for other place

Not sure what the issue is with this pharmacy. I’m definitely switching somewhere else. Told me it will be up to 7 weeks to get my prescription. This is a standard medication. And they always seem to have these issues, especially since the switch from Bartells to CVS
