This place has the worst service. Went to get my son a haircut and when the stylist (she said she was the owner) asked my son what he wanted I was standing next to him giving her feedback. She told me to go sit down and that she had a policy that doesn't let parents stand and watch while she gives the cut. That she only listens to the person she's cutting. I told her i wanted to stand and watch since I was paying for it. She got aggravated and told me that she doesn't allow it. At this point, I told my son to get up and we both left. It was the strangest and most condescending thing I've experience. Someone mentioned in their review that they felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I couldn't agree more. The manager or owner (hispanic looking lady) gives this vibe like she's a know it all, borderline snobby. I live one minute away and have been here quite a few times and had good experience with other stylists. But today was the worse. Will never come back.
Update as I’ve found another place that offers better quality and service, Q Salon. It’s a 12 mins drive to Renton but definitely worth it.

I am really disappointed that I have to leave this review, considering that I have been getting my hair done here for years and I usually love the cuts they give me. However I simply can’t ignore the fact THEY GAVE ME LICE from their poorly cleaned equipment. Safe to say I will no longer be returning here.

This was my first time coming here and it was the shortest and worst haircut I’ve ever had. The stylist drastically raised my neckline, didn’t blend my hair and never even asked if what she was doing was okay. To top it off, I had to ask her to grab a towel and blow the hair off my neck and face at the end. I left covered in a mess. Extremely disappointed and now stuck with a terrible cut that will take a long time to grow out. I won’t be coming back.
