Food was not prepared properly. I was charged for items I didn’t get. I asked for lettuce and tomato to be put on my double quarter pounder. Apparently that was too much to ask. I called and spoke to the shift manager. Apparently they’re not concerned about customer service. I was told there was nothing they could do.Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s is not the healthiest food to begin with. But at least they could put the lettuce and tomato on your burger when you ask for it after they’ve already charged you for it.

Mediocre food. Had to pull up and wait at 3 in the afternoon for lukewarm Big Mac and fries. The guy running the drive order board mumbles at best. Overpriced as well. 2 Macs and Lg. fry was $18 and change.Edit: update my wife and I both ended up getting sick from food poisoning.

it shocks me how awful these people are at their jobs. my order is always ALWAYS wrong. today i was served a cold breakfast burrito (definitely not cooked) and they simply can’t listen to the person ordering to get it right, they do whatever they want. So tired of this place failing at their simple jobs.

Arrived 50 mins prior to closing and the app would not work for mobile ordering. It said "items not available at this time" for everything on the menu. Turns out they turned off the ability for patrons to use the app to order, use points, or anything towards closing. JUST CLOSE EARLIER!

We ordered using the mobile app and picked up at the drive through. We were sent to a parking spot to wait for our food. Another guest parked up next to us waiting for his order too. The super friendly McDonald's employee brought our food out, as well as the guy's food next to us - two bags. He gave us our bag and then went around to the other guy to give him his bag. Double checking the order, we figured out that the McDonalds guy that bought out our food mixed up the bags. He came back and gave us our bag and took the other bag back to the other guy waiting. That dude was really upset that the McDonald's kids gave him an order that we put our hands on - and rightly so! He had his order made again. All while holding an ice cream cone! ?

Food was good, but management is horrible, in my 32 years of coming to McDonald's I was never told I could not refill my drinks and it would require a manager approval to refill the drink that I paid for along with the 2 meals... other locations in the area were okay with refills because it was part of the meal I paid for... this location has stolen that experience and the money I paid for to have that service... disappointing to say... please don't come here and please seek out another McDonald's location if you are a loyal fan of the chain like me.

Was a drive through experience but I was completely satisfied.Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves going there and looks forward to obtaining the toy in the Happy Meal.
