Lived at Notch for about 7 months and I really like the location and it is not too pricey. Close to the woods and very naturery and Tom and Maria are very nice and helpful, looking out for residents. The community is pretty chill.
Only downside is the cell service is horrible for some reason so sometimes calls fail. You can just use the wifi but I do wish I could have full bars.

I scheduled a tour for the apartment, but there is no one in the office, I called them but no one is there, they are just wasting my time.

Have lived here for almost 4 years. Apartment is great, was brand new when I moved in. Management has been attentive and helpful. One major thing why I wont rate it higher is the fire alarm issues. There has been false alarms probably a dozen times since I have moved in. First few times were whatever, these things happen... but at this point its gotten ridiculous. The alarm is VERY loud and stressful for both myself and my pets to wake up to. They really need to be stricter about the no smoking inside policy to get this to stop. But it keeps happening so clearly management doesnt care about it too much.
Also the downstairs lobby area is cool but the fire alarm board thing down there keeps malfunctioning and may or may not be related to the false alarms but they have never fixed it. It loudly beeps all the time and makes it hard to actually use the lobby down there

Notch is a fantastic place to live. Beautiful, quiet setting, clean and safe building, and excellent property management. It’s truly a gem.

I've been enjoying my 2-plus years at the Notch Apartments very much. It is a very well-run building (even with some management turnovers), and is located in a nice, quiet setting (right next to Cougar Mt Regional Wildland Park. It is kept pretty clean inside and out, despite the large number of tenants, who are largely very nice and friendly, as is the management team.

Been a resident here for 3 years and stored a car for 6 months due to medical issues. once getting the car back to us the leasing office and corporate regional office stated there are no more available spots. Those that are familiar with this area is a very family neighbor type area, which means almost non-existent street parking. When asked for a solution the corporate office just reiterated the problem and told us we'll just have to wait. As a very large company as they are, they should have solid foundation answers/resolutions to the problems that they have created. I have even help come up with a solution by getting a rep to contact the YMCA which is directly next door to the property to assist with overflow, but the Equity rep that contacted me back said nothing about it, so doubt it will happen. Sad I had to post this, since I didn't feel like I had to take it to the publics eyes, but future residents should be aware of the lack of support to a 3 year client. Corporate America at its finest.
