Been a resident here for 3 years and stored a car for 6 months due to medical issues. once getting the car back to us the leasing office and corporate regional office stated there are no more available spots. Those that are familiar with this area is a very family neighbor type area, which means almost non-existent street parking. When asked for a solution the corporate office just reiterated the problem and told us we'll just have to wait. As a very large company as they are, they should have solid foundation answers/resolutions to the problems that they have created. I have even help come up with a solution by getting a rep to contact the YMCA which is directly next door to the property to assist with overflow, but the Equity rep that contacted me back said nothing about it, so doubt it will happen. Sad I had to post this, since I didn't feel like I had to take it to the publics eyes, but future residents should be aware of the lack of support to a 3 year client. Corporate America at its finest.

Has been a great experience so far — very clean apartments at a great location, with a management team that goes above and beyond.

The best apartment!! They have the nicest and accommodating Management Staff, Lyndsey and Chris, and very responsive Maintenance personnel. The apartment is really nice, large windows, good flow of air, clean and all equipment and fixtures are new. More so, I love their amenities such as the game area, roof deck for barbeque, bike storage, etc.It so clean and organized even when throwing trash.Indeed, it is an amazing place to live and call home!!!

I really like this place. I have a studio, but it feels like a one bedroom. I also really like having wood floor in the living room . Tons of storage everywhere( bathroom, kitchen, hallway). I recommend this place to anyone.

The location is 100%. Management is fine, I've seen worse. Some minor extra fees, but overall, fine. The forest views are magical, memorable. Spring birds and butterflies.

I never make reviews but I’m submitting this one to share how helpful Lindsey Porter and the rest of the staff is. On her first day on the job, Lindsey kindly went out of her way and helped me when I needed a jump start for my car at a very inconvenient time in the morning. She went above and beyond to help me out, and she wanted nothing in return. Incredibly kind staff that helps you with anything you need

Pros: -units: nice, modern, W&D in unit -maintenance: Joel is fast and fixes issues you may have in your unit -neighborhood: fantastic neighborhood with a butcher shop, 2 major grocery stores, 2 delicious food trucks at the gas station, farmers market, trails, Newcastle Commons Cons: -theft: car break-ins plus catalytic converters and packages have been stolen here on several occasions. Management hired a security company after residents repeatedly complained. -resident parking: $10 for unreserved parking and there are no spots if you come home late in the evening/night. Many people park in fire lanes (not a good idea as the fire alarm has gone off at least 6 times in less than 12 months) or create their own space, partially blocking you. -visitor parking: there are about 5 spots but residents park there so when you have guests, they have nowhere to park and end up parking in resident parking, which is an issue for residents when they come home and need to park. Management is slow to tow. For example, there has been a broken down small truck with inoperable tires in the parking lot for nearly a year with notices on the dash. -no cell reception: need to use wifi calling -recycling and trash: recycling full on day 1 of being empty. Many residents do not break down boxes. People leave non-recyclable items such as office chairs and decorative equipment in the recycling area, often blocking one of the Disability parking spots in the reserved parking garage. Some residents do not send their trash down the chute and leave it in the room for someone else to take care of it. There have been numerous occasions where the room is full of large trash bags, obstructing anyone who tries to enter the room. There is often an abhorrent smell near the trash room. There's often trash in the parking lot, including dog p**** shoes, drinks, etc. -inaccessible: good luck trying to bring large purchases or groceries in from the parking lot. The carts and dolleys are partially broken. There is no elevator from the main entrance. -parcel lockers: they're available but not consistently used by delivery drivers due to being full or possibly other reasons. You may find your package outside the lockers by the front door, in the basement on a table, by the elevators on your floor or in front of your door. -smoking: it's a non-smoking community, yet people smoke on the regular despite it being a lease violation; management is aware and sends more emails. On occasion, I could smell smoke coming through the vents in my unit. -One of the residents has trash in garbage bags on the balcony, consistently leaves their empty recycling boxes in front of their unit for days and has an aggressive dog in addition to loud yelling in the middle of the night and paint splattered all over their front door and entryway. They also caused the fire alarm to go off at 4 a.m. in January, forcing all residents to evacuate in the early morning. Luckily, the Fire Dept responded quickly and residents were able to return to the units within 10-15 minutes. Good luck to you if you are the unfortunate person living next to or near this particular unit on the 1st floor. Their repeated offenses have resulted in lease violations but not yet an eviction. Please pay attention if you take a tour and decide to lease here. -dogs: Very pet-friendly but unfortunately, that means dogs off-leash and dog p*** in the parking lot. On the community site back in July, someone posted that they were attacked by 2 dogs in the garage. My spouse was attacked by our neighbors dog in December. The dog is known to be aggressive and bark incessantly so why was it off leash without supervision when their door was open? Luckily, my spouse was not hurt. The manager gave the resident a lease violation upon notification. I think it is negligent for the property to allow a vicious dog like this to remain on the property following an incident like this. -lack of amenities: they charge you a flat $300 amenity fee that is non-refundable upon moving in. There is a rooftop lounge, which is nice but n

My girlfriend lives here and it is deceptively not safe. Literally every week (according to other residents) peoples’ cars get broken into and packages are stolen. Management keeps on blaming the package carriers but they put them in the lobby, which would be safe if they just put up a few cheap cameras and actually fixed the door so that it locks. Literally all you need to do is put up cameras. I can’t believe it’s such a struggle to put up cameras. Also there’s no cell service. The apartments themselves are nice though!
