A 30min Telehealth Visit was $278. That’s $556/hour to have a conversation with a doctor. You better have solid insurance and a wicked low deductible before you get price gouged at this place. Goin rate according to Google is $40-$100/hr. Thanks for your time VMC, I won’t return.

Dr Stephenson has been a great family doctor. Happy to have found him.

***Update***The clinic responded by telling me to call their customer relations department to talk about my situation, so I did. Not surprisingly, they never picked up, and never returned my voicemail. To make a long story short, my doctor, Paige Veidenheimer, decided to stop managing a prescription of mine because "she didn't want to anymore." There was no medical basis for her reasoning, and purely about her feelings. Doctors like this are incredibly arrogant, ignorant, and dangerous. She prioritizes her feelings over the health and well being of her patients, and has no problem putting her patients through physical and emotional distress. The clinic also clearly doesn't care, because the director of the clinic decided to send a completely different medication to my pharmacy without even talking to me. This office is so incredibly arrogant, and full of paper "doctors" who will screw you over because they're more concerned about their fragile egos than their patient's health.Paige Veidenheimer cares more about herself than her patients's health and well-being. The arrogance of some of these "doctors" to make unilateral decisions that harm their patients is out of control, and they need to be reported to the state medical board for their negligence.

Terrible clinic. I've been trying and trying to get a prescription filled (since last Tuesday) and I STILL can't get it filled. I took my last Levothyroxine, for my Hypothyroidism, this morning. And I won't be able to take it tomorrow. Apparently, the doctor - Dr. Paige - STILL hasn't sent it in to Bartell's. What the hell is she doing? Sitting around drinking coffee and eating donuts? I'm SO tired of dealing with this clinic. All the doctors do is sit on their butts, diagnose me with whatever it is I have, but don't offer a REAL solution to get rid of the problem. I need to get away from the Valley Medical group. But I don't know where else to look for an actual GREAT doctor. For the doctors, nurses, and other staff at Newcastle Primary Care: DO BETTER! Start caring about your patients and their concerns. NOT just your paycheck.

I moved to the Newcastle area this summer and wanted to find a new local doctor. I reached out to Valley Medical, Newcastle Clinic, in June to set up an appointment. The earliest appointment that they had was in October with Letinsky, so I said I would take it. I got a call in August stating that my appointment had been cancelled because Letinsky had a "meeting" to attend. I have never, in my entire life, had a doctor's office cancel an appointment on me. On top of that they wanted to schedule me out another 4 months on top of the time that I had been waiting for my October appointment. The arrogance of these people. I am so glad to know this now of what kind of care and service to expect from Letinsky and this clinic. I will be taking my business to Overlake!

I see Dr. Drimmer in the dermatology office. As a new patient I appreciate that he accepts my insurance and got me in quickly for a skin cancer screening. Due to my history of Melanoma he took one mole for biopsy and I had the results in a week. Thank you for giving great care.

Daniel Letinsky is an amazing doctor that has his patients best interests in mind. He will work with you on any issue, so together a solution will be found. The most important thing is that he cares. Thank you.

I wouldn't recommend this facility or Adam Stephenson to anyone. It is clear the Valley Medical organization is more concerned about numbers and how much profit they can suck out of everyone than actually providing health care for people. Having driven over 20 miles to get there after being directed to this facility by the Valley Medical phone center I was told the doctor would not see me. I was less than 10 minutes late and tried to explain that traffic was bad. The doctor didn't care. His time was so precious that even with my pressing medical concern he would not give me the time of day. Thanks for wasting so much of my time and tossing my health concerns out as if they were no big deal. Having tried to plead my case they simply told me to reschedule. Then they told me to find a place closer to home, after I told them how far away I had come from. After telling them I tried but the Valley Medical organization told me they were the closest facility seeing new patients, they told me to go to urgent care. One thing is clear with this medical establishment, people do not matter to them. I would label this organization and this doctor unprofessional and clearly lacking dignity or empathy for people.

Was a patient for 1.5 years then told to basically go away and find another doctor. Not a good place to go for women health issues. My fist appointment I asked for specific blood tests and they ran everything but. Overall, not impressed with the care by my NP/doc. The MA's were always super nice. Also, super hard to get an appointment when you are in pain. It seems they may be understaffed.

I have been coming to Newcastle Medical Pavilion for over 20 years now. The first few years it was just for pediatric care for I had my own doctor elsewhere. But then Dr. Daniel Letinsky came to that practice and I switched over for our family doctor taking care of all our needs. After I had spent time with him in the appointments with my child, I thought to myself- I WANT THAT KIND OF DOCTOR for myself. Old and young he is a true family doctor: able to take care of all our needs. Our mental health and physical health he does truly care and want you better. I am never rushed when I see him or when I bring my children or my grandchildren. I trust him with my entire family and I honestly have brought all of those that I just listed to him. He knows medicine and listens to his patients to give them the care they need. He’s a VERY good doctor and he’s also humble and will branch out to specialist if he feels that’s the best for his patients. He also is very good at answering his emails and even does it after hours in times you would think he would be to busy with his home life. He is truly deserving of this 5 star review.

Daniel Letinsky, Your explanation of how medicine works, would be worthwhile for someone explaining it to a child. Should have been a red flag. I explained to you what was going on, how long it was going on for and what my concerns were. You assured me if what was prescribed doesn't work call back. And you would help me in trying something different.Well the meds didn't work.I reached out via myChart and you didn't respond. I tried calling the clinic and you never returned my call. I had to call the front desk multiple times for you to get back to me. Quite the runaround. And ultimately you said I would need to see a specialist. You never offered a referral. Lack of consistency on what you said in our appointment.I ultimately did find another provider (not referred by you) and they explained to me what you prescribed is not usually given to patients as an initial primary treatment. There are in fact few studies, in prison populations, where the findings show little support it would treat me.Also worth adding, I'm not a prisoner. Nor do I have any history with crime or substance issues.I found help elsewhere. You are a friendly face, but lack evidence based care that makes a great doctor.I am so disappointed that I ended up in your office that day. You're inexperienced and it shows. You're as bad as the Ms.This is a caution for others, for serious medical needs, to schedule with someone else. Not worth your time or money.

Rude and uncoordinated staff. Barely got through check in when I was scolded for being 10 minutes late to my spot which I thought started at that time. Office personnel does not know how to communicate with patients clearly, Never going to this location again.

Dr. Aditi Dhar is the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She addressed all of my concerns quickly and professionally. She seems to really care about knowing me. Very knowledgeable about everything!
