“If they don't have it, chances are they can get it. I wouldn't shop for my parts anywhere else. No big brand store will take the personal time like everyone of her staff here!”
“If you are looking for perfection, look no further! Brian and his team did an incredible job at a very fair price. Even repaired a bumper that another body shop wanted to replace at a much higher cost. Of course I don’t want to go back, but if I have to this is where I will go!”
“I bought the wrong rear wiper blade and they went and grabbed me the right one and installed it for me! They also gave me great recommendations for my new headlights! Great help and good people!”
“Thank you, Brody !!!
You’re amazing helping with my headlights and putting up with my bestie’s silliness…
As well as Austin
Couldn’t have done this without the two of you thank you so much .. Amazing customer service.”

“These guys are wonderful. They are always very helpful and help me to make the right decision when I need parts or fluids for my vehicles. Leo is a super cool guy and always has a great attitude 🌻 I love my local store!!”
“Napa in Priest River, ID is an auto parts store that makes sure that you are taken care of and that you receive the appropriate parts for whatever project you are working on. Nathan has and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of and if for any reason a part just so happens to fail, he'll make it right for you and the project you are working on. I have been coming here for years for all of my rigs that I've owned over the years, but especially for both of my diesel trucks. If you find yourself trying to decide where to go for your parts, you won't go wrong by choosing Napa in Priest River!”

“Took my truck in to repair a large dent in the cab. They did a great job with the repair, and when I picked up my truck it had been washed, and cleaned on the inside as well. Quality work. I would highly recommend.”
