Brought our pigs for processing around Thanksgiving and picked it up after the new year of 1/24 notice a rancid smell in the store/plant and had our meat put in our vehicle and a couple of miles down the road our vehicle smelt rancid inside. Two days later cooked up som pork steak and wow our house smelt rancid from cooking them. Called Charlene and told her about the rancid meat she said she will contact their insurance company and the pigs will be ready first part of June (10th) area and we could pick it up end of June.Call June 14 to verify ok.Called June 28th got answering machine and every call since. They don't have good customer service and don't follow up just money theifs😡

I was super worried after reading the reviews about bringing our beef here. However, they stayed in communication and reassured us they are back up and running and doing things correctly. We received our beef, fat trimmings and bones. Beef taste good.

I bought meat from masons quite often when we lived on green Rd. Always satisfied with the quality. Plus they were good neighbors.

Took my deer there they had it for months the took other stuff there to have pepperoni sticks made out of it and have never gotten a call at all no one answers the phone I won't take nothing back to them

I dont recommend at all. I Wont lie it used to be great a few years back but it is no longer. it took over 3 an a half months to cut a deer and it all came back rancid and stinky, complete waste of money and my deer , not to mention my buddies deer never came back at all. And he took his in a week before me. If they had less than one star option I'd pick that , , cut it yourself or take it somewhere else ,

Alway have been polite to me and willing to answer questions. Shane kills animals humanly without stressing them and I enjoy talking with him when he comes to slaughter for me. More affordable than most butchers around here. local family business.Downside lots of breakdowns and delays once in a while because of health and worn equipment. You sometimes have to call them as they can forget to call you back. Not a super fancy shop but it gets the job done.
