“This isn’t my regular pharmacy because they aren’t open on weekends. But they are open at 8 in the morning which is great because I’m about to leave town about that time and can pick up my scrips. But they lost a star for not being open on weekends or later in the evening. However, they get full stars for the fact that they helped me out without me even having to ask. I was trying to get a mental health script filled and having a very hard time finding a pharmacy that had the medication. My normal pharmacy is Safeway (not any more) and I tried two others before getting to seebers. The issue I had though was that Safeway had told my insurance that they filled it even though they couldn’t and didn’t know when they would be able too. Seebers called them to figure out what was going on and called my insurance to inform them that the script hadn’t been filled. Safeway would have made me do all of that my self after waiting several days for me to calm them to figure out what was going on. I do wish that seebers called or texted when scrips were ready but that’s okay.”
