It wasn’t a a cervical disc issue, it was a torn tricep tendon (confirmed by MRI)It wasn’t loose joints, it was tight musclesIt wasn’t a labrum tear, it was my shoulder going into adhesive capsulitis.I’ve been in chronic pain ever since leaving the facility. Had I been properly diagnosed and listened to, I would have avoided a year of horrible pain. Just thankful I never cut my hair short like you kept suggesting.

I absolutely love the team at Phase1, they have fixed me more than once, and their knowledge, methods, and personal attention are sincere and highly effective. I only wish I wasn't so good at damaging myself.

When attempting to sign up for physical therapy prescribed by my doctor I was told to put on a mask in the office. Not inclined, I turned around to look into an office with two women across from each other...less than three feet face to face...no masks.I asked if they don't have to why do I? Eventually I was offered medical help....AS LONG AS I ENTERED THE ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH THEIR BACK DOOR.In America, in 2020 I was told I must go through the back door for service.The offer was made by the physical therapist, then man running the show wanted me to enter through the back door of his business....and he had the temerity to have it SAID IT OUT LOUD through his staff. In America, in 2020.I won't forget THIS in a long time.To the five star reviewers...I don't have a reason to doubt the competency of these people. I DO have a reason to feel second class, however, BIG reason for that. I wouldn't do business with this company if it were the LAST one in Spokane.Lol...subsequently...after seeing my first review, Phase One responds by saying their offer to allow me access to their service...THROUGH THE BACK DOOR OF THEIR BUILDING ...is "reasonable". Ya....they don't quite get it yet. I want an APOLOGY....not a rationale. Screw you treating me like I'm second class in 2020. Until you APLOGIZE for your insult...I hope your company rots.

They want you to go through the back door if you refuse to wear a mask. You are treated as SECOND CLASS if you go in there with any conviction about these stupid masks. I believe I've read FAR more than the owner of this company about the efficacy of masks in stopping a viral spread. The owner here has capitulated entirely to mask mandates and has relegated everyone with information about them to the status of "second class". You have to go through their BACK DOOR in order to not be seen by the authorities or other servile customers. In other reviews this man calls this policy "reasonable". It's reasonable to him to make me go through his back door in 2021 in order to receive his needed services.
