“I found the perfect size unit (10’x15’) for my needs. Emma was helpful to answer my questions and to show me different size units. The next day Sara did the necessary paperwork/registration. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. The 1/2 price discount for a year was great! When I got to my unit it was clean with just a quick sweep out. I like that they require locks that a bolt cutter can’t cut.”
“I will definitely be using them in the future and referring family and friends they were awesome even when I didn't need a certain unit they had no problem with going over my other options there who I will be using in the future. I did some digging around town and I felt like this was one of the more affordable cost-effective options in North Spokane . Definitely would use them again!”

“Ok I went here a few months ago and was going to leave a review but forgot. Now that I randomly remembered I'm sticking to it. I had originally had my drop-off location changed last min due to the other location being to full so I was directed here. The guy who helped us was courteous, helpful, and fast. We just pulled up and I started doing the checkout on the app. He beat me too it, and gave us a small break on our gas fill up. So I don't know about the rest of the place but I know he was a great employee and if I can remember his name I'll edit and post that too.”
