These mailed carriers pick and choose what they give you from your mail. And decided to give you your packages on their own time. This is ridiculous, I have never had more of a hard time then I nine Mile. I don't know if it's the racism or lazy people.
I need this for work and now I'm going to loose money because of these people.
Horrible service.

Said delivered to mailbox. Did not. Nor can I get a refund because they said 'in at mailbox'. They are equivalent to thieves in that they cause irrevocable loss of property.

Our delivery person is the greatest. He even knows how many dogs we have and lets them and us know that he loves dogs .

Recently the USPS, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026 has seemingly been denying delivery to front porch. Apparently (?) if it doesn’t fit in the mailbox we get notice to pick up “at carrier facility”. Since we order almost everything by mail this is becoming a real concern, especially having to make a 20 mile round trip at least once a week.

This post office has the stupidest hours with a 1 hour lunch break from 11-12 making for an extremely inconvenient go between time., there were 3 other cars besides myself waiting outside to get their mail and go on with their days Nice enough staff but poor timing in hours.

Clerks are friendly and efficient and our carrier is great! We get a lot of packages and they are delivered carefully and on time.

Apparently when a driver doesn't want to deliver a package then they don't have to.... waited 2 days for two packages tgat sat at the office and was never loaded on a truck because one of them was too heavy. My porch is 20 feet from my driveway and apparently that is too hard of a job so the packages just get ignored, I guess they allow drivers to pick and choose what they want to deliver.... just lazy!

Just watched the driver deliver my mail, went out to check, and there was a note for a certified letter that said "sorry we missed you while you were out. " never got out of the car, watched him pull up, put it in the mail box, and drive off.
