“10 star rating!!! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, customer service and friendliness of the staff at Paramount Auto Body. My vehicle had very awkward damage done to it, that other auto body shops couldn't seem to figure out how to repair. Paramount was not only able to fix it, but fix it in the least intrusive manner, and had it back to looking better than new. The quality of the repair and paint is impeccable. I should mention that I am a very very picky person, and very hard to satisfy - I don't believe in "good enough". Over the years I have had repairs done to various vehicles, and I have never been satisfied with the repair; as I could always see the repair and the paint job - until now. I am beyond satisfied. If I ever need another vehicle repaired, I now at least have the peace of mind to know where I am going to be taking it, and not having to worry about the repair. If you love your vehicle , and need auto body work done, I highly recommend the team at Paramount Auto body in Abbotsford. Hands down the best I have encountered. “Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. “Hit a deer last year in my 87 suburban. They were awesome to deal with getting an estimate and getting insurance to cover my custom winch bumper. I ended up fixing it myself as it was an old beater truck but I will definitely give them my business next time I need repairs on my nicer rigs.
