Called to confirm availability of electrical wire. The Ace app said it’s in stock at Normandy Park. The guy wasn’t knowledgeable at all about the topic and products, and rude about it too. I’ll change my rating in a year if customer service improves on both those issues. Prices are not competitive either, something I would forgive for convenience and good customer service.

Why so rude?... I parked in front for curbside pickup and called just like the instructions told me. Ron picked up and confirmed my order information, I told him I was parked in front, and he said my order was ready,
I thought maybe he didn't hear me so I said again I was here for curbside pickup, he said "We're at the curb" meaning the store is so close to the curb why dont you just come inside and get it, there was a pause and he hung up in my face.
Corporate will likely
be my next stop. I'm forgiving, but this was next level service.

Dropped in here today on spec, hoping they'd have an obscure nut and washer for my RV. They were able to identify the exact piece I needed, and it fit perfectly when I got it home. Even an RV place I visited earlier didn't know what I was talking about, so Thank You Ace Hardware for helping me out.Super friendly and supportive staff. My new go-to place for all things hardware.

I have been to this Normandy Park location twice now. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
