CPA used my account numbers/route #s for another businesses payroll - This was not a service contracted by my business/company - This happened twice - Its been hours on the phone . It's been weeks without the return of my money/unauthorized transactions. They are not willing to pay for their errors. I am still owed over $1,000+ -
UPDATE 5/23 still no resolution, no return of funds taken out of account. This is theft of money from account by this CPA.
0 - recovered payment after a month of going back and forth / such a nightmare ! via money order from CPA
This place is has conducted dishonest activity. They have also deleted quickbooks files, done a poor job on taxes both costing my small business. I would go elsewhere as this firm will cause you issues.
