I am in here all the time for amazon returns and the like. The staff has always been super friendly. The lines always move fast. Its very rare im in here for longer then 5 minutes. Very well run! Ive sent some mail too and the person helping walked me through what was needed. Parking is typically decent too.

Manu and Biwas are my favorite UPS staff at Normandy Park branch. They are computer savvy, speed service, I would say “ know it all.” I told them how lucky the manager Pritu to have them. They are so dedicated , loyal and love what they do. We seldom see these kind of staff nowadays! Pritu, count your blessings for having them.

Biwas is the associate at the Manhattan Village UPS store. He is outstanding. I have been in during Christmas rush and he was quick, efficient, courteous and always helpful. He is just as excellent when I was the only one there. He treats each customer as if they are the only one. Helpful, listening and giving the best service to us all. He clearly knows his job and has a wonderful way with people while being quick and efficient. Excellent service. Thank you for hiring him. He gives this UPS store an excellent reputation.

Biwas store 2485 is my favorite UPS store because Biwas is so quick in processing items, smart and alert in every little details. I come here all the time because of excellent customer service service. I love them.

I highly recommend this UPS agent, Mr. Biwas for his professionalism, empathy and customer service. I needed help to fill forms out and get them notorized for passports issuance as my family is travelling overseas for summer break. I had issues figuring things out but this gentelman went above and beyond to help a father out. This young man deserves promotion and more pay.
