My wife and I have a joint account that this bank and I stopped in to cash a check. I did not have my ATM card and they found a way to cash the check anyway. The teller was very kind and helpful

The lady was efficient and fast on cashing my check and i do not hold the acc in bank of america. The institution is not that great but definitely in this location are good people and friendly to work with. Will be back.
