To the 2 girls working the counter today who asked me to wear a mask when I walked in, wake up. Now to DeeDee. I lost my wallet a few weeks ago and it was returned to carters. Seems no one younger wanted to do anything about it. Even thought my business cards and number were the first thing in my wallet. DeeDee was not ok with that and was wondering why no one reached out to me. We she just reached out to me personally and ended weeks of stress. I won’t wear a mask, but I’ll come in there and buy my niece anything she wants and all of the cute little girl dresses and pink things because of DeeDee going the extra mile. Lifelong Carter and DeeDee fan!

Great place to get your newborn or young infant clothes. Combined with Oshkosh great combination. The associates are all nice and very helpful, and great prices.

I was at the Carter store at Northbend and purchased 4 sets for a new born baby. The staff is untrained professional she squeezed all the new clothes in a small carry bag despite my telling.Very poor customer focus

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. "Summer" or when I asked what her name was responded "winter" was so rude, unhappy obviously...I'm leaving the store actually in a panic attack with how rude she was. None of the 3 employees who were there bothered to even stop talking and greet me or the other two customers who came in after me. So sad... no wonder people shop online. People who work in retail, in retail job need to know that if they act like summer did, online will even more quickly put retail stores out of business. Stay away buy online...... unless you literally want to be yelled at by an employee. Very sad. Edited to add: the only thing I had asked was to see if she could do a price adjust to match the carters online price... she with a huge attitude said, "well why don't you just go online and purchase"... just very rude. I tried to go online and purchase it just to prove a point but they didn't have internet that worked: so I couldn't. I paid full price for the jammies.... and figured I would just warn the next person that goes in, if they are looking for the worse experience of their life, to continue walking into carters...
