If I had it my way I'd give this place 0 stars. Had a really bad experience at this store today, since the moment we walked in the security associates at the door kept following us around the store and immediately staring down when tried to look at the bags.
It's a shame that stores cannot catch real thrives stealing their products but disrespect honest customers like us.
The store manager and the security associates should be ashamed of themselves for such poor training and management, we were so uncomfortable that we left the store within a few minutes. I will not return to this store again and don't recommend going here.

The manager Kerstien (spellings, sorry) helped me over the phone. She was so kind. Professional all the way. She helped when Coach Outlet online could not. I fully recommend anyone to shop with this store and there associates. Many, many thanks. Your making a verp special Christmas for my mother. Really special interaction made sinple by kindness and taking time with me. Shipping out to Spokane. Recommend

Visited this store when a newly released wallet I wanted sold out online, called ahead to see if they had it and they did and placed it on hold for me! Took the road trip and looked around before going up to pay, I picked out a matching purse from the release too. Very polite and helpful employees who made my shopping experience great and welcoming!
