Edgewick Inn is a funky, 70s-era motel that is near the freeway and an adjacent truck stop, yet is being renovated with new beds, floors, and amenities. It offers a surprisingly good place to rest for the night with a family-owned feel. The staff are friendly, lovely, and provide great service with fast check-in. Rooms are clean, tidy, and smell good, with an efficient layout. They feature new bed linens, pillows, and towels, along with a fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, and phone. The bathroom has the usual conveniences like lotion, shampoo, and a hair dryer, with a shower that gets plenty hot. The rooms are dark and quiet for sleeping, largely free from freeway noise, though occasional hallway sounds can be heard due to vinyl flooring. Beds are comfortable, offering a good night’s rest, though some may find them moderately comfortable with a slight dip. The inn is pet-friendly, even featuring a friendly dog on the property, and offers truck parking. It is tucked away from big city noise, with doors straight to the parking lot for convenience. While there is no continental breakfast, coffee and tea are offered, and there are alright food establishments around the corner. It is a budget-friendly, down-home gem perfect for a short stay.
Needed a road side stop. Nice desk clerk, clean room, great water pressure, felt safe.

Old motel but people were very nice, rooms were clean, felt safe there.
