Closing early on a Sunday for inventory isn’t too convenient for customers! Several customers were turned away. Very disappointing.

I had an outstanding shopping experience at this store! The prices were refreshingly reasonable, and the staff delivered top-notch customer service—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Brenda, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect t-shirts and jeans. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the entire visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back—this store has earned a loyal customer!

Always friendly staff, and always a great selection! They had just been stocked, so I was able to get my kids a good amount of clothes for back to school.

The store door is locked at least 30 minutes before the closed time 7 PM on Sunday.

Just went to Gap factory store at North Bend outlet and the prices are misleading. Original ticket price said $49.99 and there was a 50% off sale, when I was at the register, attendad said that the original price was $59.99. That price was never to be found, except in her computer. Rip off.
