For an older complex it's kept up and clean. Friendly neighbors and management. No smoking on property. Is very thoughtful of other non smoking patrons. Pet friendly. GREAT view of Mt si. And you can't beat the location. In walking distance of just about everything. Love it

The apartments are a little old and outdated but not to bad. I read the mold reviews and have not seen any of that myself after 4 years. The neighbors and the neighborhood noise here are major problems. Currently for the last year, due to a new apartment complex, its a 4am-8pm or later construction site. Constant banging at all hours, shaking building do to contruction, windows always shut because of the gas smell and noise. When the last 4.6 earthquakes hit you could not tell if it was construction or the quake. Very unsafe. They are now starting more construction right out front that will go to October and will be done in the night hours. So that is 24 hours of painful sounds. So if you don't mind never sleeping this is your place. Any noise that happens int he parking lot sounds like it is happening in your apartment. It is very hot in the apartments and you must keep windows shut if you want a tiny bit of peace. There is no management. So that means people can blast music at all hours(paper thin walls), smoke cigarettes out your bedroom window. Many trucks running on and off all day. A few tenants will run monster engine trucks which sounds like its in your living room for 40 mins at a time. This happens at a minimumn of 10 times a day at allllllllll hours. If you want to complain, they will tell you to call the cops. They need a security guard to handle neighbor disputes and theft. I have had two locked bikes stolen. When new people rent they need to be reminded of the quiet hours when there are some. The apartments are on North Bend Way which is a VERY busy street. Tons of traffic noises and can take up to 5 mins to get out of your driveway. Good luck if you live here already, get a noisemaker and a few air conditioners. If you rent here, try to just be considerate of your neighbors by going inside to party, smoke in your house, and DON'T STAND RIGHT OUTSIDE OF PEOPLES WINDOWS: smoking, talking on speaker, and BBQing. ------ALL of that goes directly in their house. If you manage this place. Right when people move in remind them of the rules and how important it is to respect quiet hours given there is almost none.
