Nintendo of America - Packaging & Distribution Center is a busy facility with specific procedures for truck deliveries. The truck entrance is located on the north side of the building, with a truck route through town to reach it, as the south side is for cars only. There are many weight limit and no truck signs around the area, and roads can be tight. Trailers are loaded only between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and if a driver is being loaded or unloaded, they must drop their trailer and leave. The site operates 24 hours for drop and hooks, but the truck entrance closes briefly from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on weekdays for security shift change. Security guards are friendly and helpful, and the security staff at the door are especially praised for their kindness. While there is no parking at the facility, nearby amenities like a TA truck stop and restaurants are available five miles away. The site is well-maintained, clean, and offers good service for deliveries.

Good place, the lady at the door explains everything well with a lot of patience, good place, there is no parking, just leave the trailer and 5 miles away, there is a TA, good space for everyone and there are restaurants and so on.

Lady on security door she is so nice nd treated very well , clean washroom nd restroom ,, Beautiful palace , went here first time for delivery , i came here from tronto canada .
