Within 2 minutes of entering the store, Greg acknowledged me & asked if I needed any help as he was finishing up with another customer. I was looking to buy my first pair of snow chains and replace my old windshield wipers. Greg helped me find my tire size & windshield wiper length, all within the span of 5 minutes! He helped me choose the best option for my car and budget, and even replaced my windshield wipers for me while it was raining out! As a retail employee myself, Greg reminds me of how impactful excellent customer service can be. Thanks for being so awesome today Greg!

The older gentleman with a beard was the most helpful and polite worker I’ve encountered at any store, in a long time. Thank you sir, for going out of your way to not only replace one of my headlights, but both! And did it under warranty and saved me money! Great customer service!!!

I went into this O'Reilly only needing a washer to do an oil change. It was somewhere in the back with no notes in the system on how to find it. Instead of telling me to come back or that they couldn't find it, they searched the back area and got me the washer I needed. I couldn't believe the determination they had to help me! It was a really great experience!

Place is a mess and so are the employees. Plan on waiting atleast an hour for help because employees are always doing there own thing!

My truck battery was bad. Stalled out on the way there out front across the street. Went in and talked to them. Staff came out and tried to jump it to no avail. Went and got 2 more guys and pushed me off the road into a parking lot assisted me with purchase of battery, gave me $5 off with my old coupon and even walle across the street to the parking lot and installed it for me. Talk about going the extra mile. #1 good guys here. Best service ever.

This is a really fantastically run O'Reilly's, the customer service is excellent approx almost several months ago when I was having trouble with a used tire and its sensor intake etc... I got some fix a flat, when it(Later upon reflection and later pro appraisal) and also likely my tire where having trouble working the suto manager employee guy was super helpful and awesome friendly etc... In offering letting me switch the thing out for a new one! And suto insisting on putting it in the defective box bin to be sent to and or informed back to the manufacture distributor etc I informed conceptually type thing that I don't what to be a thief user abuse the system type thing and he understood and was just friendly and awesome etc...... Honestly his friendly genuinely awesome organized evolved customer service sticks out in my mind as one of the best customer service experiences etc... + That's not all I have had other awesome and friendly customer service experiences here also with friendly and nice employees and pleasant conversation etc... In the visits before and after that one! As currently an Uber Eats diver when ever I am in the area and to do list, looking for some form of an auto product Rain X wiper fluid products, Tire gages, Road flares etc... It is a treat to stop here because the customer service is better than most Oriey's that are already usually good! This year I am considering maybe planning on Skiing as an activity and if driving my self in context of other maybe options of shuttles and carpools, other etc... Will quite likely be in the market for quality tire chains for driving the pass thus especially if they can order brands of you tube researched interest (Joke super complicated sarcastic mystery riddle) guess who is likely going to get and earned my business : )Thanks again -St.Rick, 'Line out the door" and Car trunk take out" Hobby pro.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!Order parts online at 2pm that were to be picked up at 5:30pm. 5:30 comes no change on status, I give the store a call and they tell me we didn't fulfill the order, we thought you ordered from the wrong store. They have my phone number and an email but they don't call you they just assume. So they tell me the parts will be there at 8:15am. The next day I wait for a change in status, nothing. I call them with no answer. I had to use online chat to get a response. Again they don't order them but they will and they will be there at 8:15am. I tell the rep on the chat that it will be great, cancel my order.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY JUST DONT CARE.

I love having a friendly auto parts store near by, and O’Reilly’s is just that. The store is always stocked. Their people will get out from behind the counter to help you track down what you’re looking for. Many of their employees have been there a long time - one of them I knew we’ll even retired from O’Reilly (after working there since it was Schucks). I hope they are always around. Support them. Make sure they do.
