Kinda crazy when you see a costumer waiting to pay while for his stuff while the cashier(Richard) was at the Pokemon machine buying it out while he’s on shift. Like is there no manager around to spot this? Store has really gone downhill

Ive never seen such high priced meats and very busy. Hard to get in and outbof. Self check was pleasant.

Prices are very high. I have done price and quality comparisons. The exact same groceries that cost $120 at QFC cost $68 at WinCo. WinCo's produce is as good if not a little better than QFC. WinCo's meats are so so. Their chicken products are good but their beef is not the greatest. I also tried Walmart with similar results as WinCo.

The layout is a mess and the deli never has fresh hot food. Very understaffed, but the staff they have is amazing. Been shopping here for 15 years and it's always been a pleasure talking to everyone while I'm there. You're only options in North Bend is Safeway and here and this is the better option.

QFC here is nice and the elderly are always super nice at the checkout. However, for me and my husband, Unfortunately when it comes to the hot deli section, everyone is nice especially Leona who I believe was recently hired. She makes it 10 times better with her warm welcome and smile and cheerful attitude and the food she serves is always fresh. On the other hand, Liz(Ethnic looking..she had her hair in a bun and had a camouflage sleeved pullover) is definitely not someone I would have working there.
We came by to grab some food the other day and I don't know if she was having a bad day but she practically took her bad day out on us. It wasn't deserved at all. I had to ask one of the co-workers if we were able to get served by someone else. That is how bad it was. There is a way of speaking to people kindly.
I would rather people be transparent about having an off day rather than take it out on customers of all people. If this happens again, me and my husband will have to talk to the store manager and get this rectified.
