They need to close this pharmacy. Whether it’s going on a Saturday and they only have one employee, and it’s the pharmacist trying to help people at the register, that has a line all the way back to the bakery, while the phone rings and rings, to calls that go unanswered, and your prescriptions do not get filled because the pharmacist is too busy trying to check people out…OR—-They are out of your medication; medications that you need to have, or they would not be prescribed, and their reaction to your frustration is to act like they’re the ones being put out. …
Save yourself a lot of hassle and go somewhere else…. Until Safeway gets it together and can actually staff a pharmacy, and order medications, they need to close down.

I stopped in to pick up a prescription for a friend. ROOJA? Has the customer service skills of a rattlesnake. Wow, so glad I do NOT get my meds here. She may need a prescription to take to be a nice decent person since she works with the public!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot to put a refill in and needed the medication that day and they were quick to solve the problem. I have had luck with the call line when needing assistance as well.

It was an easy process.

Incompetent pharmacist and assistant staff can not run their automated systems well. My prescriptions have been consistently late to be refilled unless I "press 2 for urgent".
Patients should not have to feign urgency to have medication filled on time, normally.

I love the service here but they tend to run out of some of the medications my family needs. Then I have to call around and find a pharmacy that Carrie’s it and have the prescription transferred by the doctor. It’s a hassle for sure. But other than that, I love the convenience of it when they do have what we need.

My husband and I were traveling through on a little getaway and stopped by to get a bite to eat. And in much need of a restroom. The bathrooms were disgusting to say it nicely. No toilet paper, poop smears in the stahl, garbage cans overflowing, nothing to dry hands with, and the door was very dirty. It's hard to believe after what the world has gone through with disease and sickness that this still takes place.

Waited 40 minutes to be told I wasn’t eligible for the vaccine I was scheduled for — and then they lost my Covid vaccine card though insisted they didn’t, but after making me wait another 15 minutes they handed me a new card and said they’d try to find my old one. Never admitting they lost it. I get being busy, I did not mind if waiting, but not communicating with people waiting and then losing their medical records they trusted you with is just ridiculous.

Regularly see multiple employees not wearing masks (not to mention customers). These include the guy behind the meat/fish counter, the young man restocking produce, and in the deli. Complaints to HQ continue to receive apologies and promises to put the issue to the North Bend store manager, but clearly the manager doesn't care about protecting the employees, nor the most vulnerable members of our community. Individual "freedom" over community responsibility (caring about your neighbors) is an ugly color on a neighborhood grocery store. We've switched to Qfc.

"Wanna go on a hike?" That is the question that comes up every summer and the North Bend/Snoqualmie area is where you'll probably find me on the weekends. With all the trails along I-90, the fam and I always make a stop at this Safeway before heading out. It's not surprising to see other fellow outdoorsy folks walking around the aisles. Wearers of Patagonia...North Face...REI...proper footwear...ya know. The employees behind the sandwich counter are always friendly. Snacks and drinks are always stocked. Checkout lines aren't too long since we go early in the morning. I don't like using vault toilets at the trailheads so I always use the restroom after purchasing food and beverages. For those summer road trips this Safeway is a good place to grab snacks before driving over Snoqualmie Pass since there isn't another grocery store till you hit Cle Elum. It's also a good place to stretch your legs before heading out to Blewett Pass or continuing on Eastbound I-90. Always check those weather conditions especially during this winter season!

I'd give zero stars if possible. This Safeway does not enforce masking, and most employees during my visit were not wearing their masks appropriately, while most customers weren't wearing masks at all. The ceiling of this Safeway is also very leaky and had partially collapsed after recent snow.

Good selection of items as usual, each aisle is clearly signed so I know where items are just by scanning the signs quickly, and there's a fresh seafood counter as well as a fresh bakery. Self-checkout is available here and makes the process faster too. I came here to get my covid vaccine, and the process was quick and painless. Got a 10% off coupon for future purchases!
