“Our 30 ft. motorhome had a battery compartment fire 5-10 miles east of North Bend and left us completely without power. I was able to coast to the shoulder and get my wife and dog out of the coach before turning my attention to the fire. I was able to put the fire out with my extinguisher. Then the fun began dealing with the insurance company where I kept getting the runaround. They finally told me to arrange my own tow. I called numerous companies and finally found a pleasant voice willing to help us. She put me in contact with Robert Rhodes, who kept me informed of the progress all the way up to the time he and the tow truck arrived. He was very friendly and personable. He got to work right away and had our motorhome off the highway in no time. He also sent us a picture of our motorhome sitting on their lot. The service world could use more people like Robert.”
