This rental center is located within Cascade Self Storage. Matt, the associate who helped us, was awesome! He was super friendly, had the paperwork ready to go for us and made sure we knew the easiest route to navigate out of the storage facility. Thank you, Matt for the great customer service and positive truck rental experience!

The employee on site was not only friendly and knowledgeable but she knew what I needed before I even said it. She provided the kind of customer service I only heard about existed back in the 50s! She was great! The site was clean and easy to access.

The staff is great but returning a truck after hours is not as tech friendly as I was lead to believe, so I was over charged, I asked for a correction on the bill and now they are ghosting me. Bad follow up from uhaul, cascade great.

I've only needed to use their services 2 times, but both experiences were amazing. I love how Shannon (the manager) works. She's fun, kind, silly, and yet very focused. She's knows her clients well and serves with a smile. A rarity these days, as many of you know. Sure, Uhaul has the market cornered. Sure, the pricing isn't ideal, but that's the nature of the game. If you gotta get a Uhaul, this is the place to get it because of the service. Service service service. Thanks Shannon!

The manager is a very friendly person who will go out of her way to help you or answer any questions you might have. The website is okay to pay your monthly bill but if you need to find information about prices or the size of units, again its best to go in and talk to her. When you sign up it will take about 45 minutes or longer as it's easy to get caught up talking. You sign papers, make sure you call to find out what they need ahead of time, make a payment and then go find your unit. Its cheaper if you have your own lock. They do have a package deal of 2 packaged together but they usually run out of these.

The main issue I had with this company happened a few weeks after I used one of their trucks. I noticed that two separate attempts to withdraw over $300.00 and then a second attempt to withdraw over $200.00 within hours of each other. I called the credit card company immediately because they notified me that I didn't have enough money in the account to cover those withdrawals. I had already paid the charge for time and use of the truck. Someone was trying to help themselves to additional monies in my account, the fact that my credit had been eaten up by their first charge was a godsend. When I inquired who was trying to take money from my credit card I was told it was the north Bend WA uhaul. I called them immediately the office girl told me I would have to speak with a supervisor. She transferred me to a man who hung up on me as soon as I confronted him about the attempt to withdraw. Secondly. I had been quoted a price then charged twice that per mile. We were told we could bring the truck back after closing in order to get it back because they needed it the next morning. We arrived after dark left the keys but I was charged a hefty fee to sweep out some glass from a broken light bulb. No one left a broom or explained that we would have to sweep it out. I called the person in charge after I was made aware and she said she would check out the overcharge both for mileage and sweeping. However I was billed for the full amount without the person getting back to me. I highly recommend not using this company or at least do not give them a credit card. This borders on criminal or at least elder financial abuse.

I'm not sure who Barry was but I bet he did run a great office. Now there's just someone who has no customer service skills and seems to be very tightly wound. They were all out of boxes. When I asked the person working if they knew when the boxes might be coming in they said that they were all on back order so they didn't know.
