I think the manager needs to have a chat with Kai about his customer service skills. Had a few returns to make, the ups WiFi was not working well or quickly, and Kai snapped at me to go outside to get my return label to load. I told him not to snap at me for something that wasn’t my fault, and while he did apologize quickly, I could tell that he was not sincere and snapped at me again quickly after that for leaving the door open a second too long while I waited for another return label to load.
Wish the store would get better WiFi and do some better customer service training for their younger workers (I’m in the 20s and the rudeness was appalling to even me).
(Another older lady was appalled at the rudeness too and checked on me outside while I waited for a label to load.I had four total to do and only did three because of Kai’s rudeness - I’m not dealing with that behavior)

Apologies to the divas here, but this place is a mess. They are simply overburdened by the number of services UPS is forcing them to offer.
I scheduled an appointment for a print consultation after confirming via a phone call that they could print my order. Upon arrival I was told that unless I could figure out how to print a double sided bookmark, I was out of luck. My only option was to reformat at home (with no real directions) as the store has seemingly never printed bookmarks and has no idea what size or formatting that would require.
I understand being overtaxed and overworked, so my sincerest understanding to the employees. UPS is the villain here. UPS, I'm begging you to stop advertising a multitude of services your actual employees are unable to offer due to you not providing them the training or resources. UPS is leaving these people to die in the trenches of printing requests, so if you have a special print job, contact your local independent print shop as they'll be ready to help - like I did!

This place is hit or miss. I went for passport photos last night with my husband and was not asked if I needed them printed or electronically. The younger kid went ahead and printed them. I then asked if an electronic link would also be provided, since I had no idea these were separate charges. He then asked Chris what he should do, and he said to charge for the printed and also a small charge for an email. Which seemed better than the original option of essentially doubling the price. Pretty sure I was over charged and was never really explained the charges or options at all. I never asked for printed photos. This was completely on the staff for not communicating options. It wasn’t worth the fight over $10-$15 - but honestly, I hope they can find better employees.

Every UPS store has very good customer service! However, the one in North Bend, Washington has exceptional customer service: kind, friendly and knowledgeable! Kaitlyn did an amazing job and when I don't quite understand something as an older adult unfamiliar with the latest technology, she and each of the employees with whom I have dealt have all been great.

The customer service here has gotten so bad! Came in on Saturday and the person I always try to avoid is Chris! He never acknowledges anyone, never says thank you and is always annoyed. Now, they’ve hired a new young kid that is just the same! No thank you, no acknowledgement! Terrible! Train these people on customer service or they should move on!
