Honestly I can't recall the last time I've been to a store where a retail Sales Consultant made me and everyone else feel so welcomed and helped. They gave everyone quality time and attention and no one was left waiting it was amazing. As for the store it's Pendleton and it's just pleasing to the eye! Colorful, graceful, crisp and clean. If you're driving through the area it's worth the time to check them out.”

“I loved my experience here. They honored my claim and gave me store credit. I was missing receipt and was definitely past the return period. My jacket zipper broke on the 5th use and I just never got a chance to go back to the store in that time. The broken item was returned in like-new condition though. I highly recommend the store and signing up for rewards, that way you won't need receipt. Customer service took a while looking for a similar item in online inventory. Another rep showed me the exchange item I was looking for. They made my day for sure and I wont hesitate to return here.”

“WHAT'S UP, BIRCHES?!This surprisingly spacious boutique specializing in home décor, apparel and accessories, like the Tardis, is much bigger on the inside than it appears. Unfortunately, the prices are also larger than other, similar shops in the area (Carousel in Snoqualmie, for example). There's more stock here, as a result of its size, and it's collection is arguably better curated and more stylish than most, depending on your taste. It's the kind of place my wife and I would love to shop, if things were a bit more affordable, but YMMV. Still, Birches Habitat is definitely worth checking out for the style-conscious consumer, and absolutely the best boutique in North Bend! You may find better deals at the outlet mall, but you're not likely to find anything as swanky!”
