Nothing but problems. The association said I’d save money by upgrading my phone and convinced me to buy two new watches on a buy one get one free promotion. 3 months later, my bill is still way above it ever was, and I was never given the correct promotion. My new watches were new activations with fees and I have to go back in a 4th time to try to fix the problem. I was better off never going in there. To top it off, they sold me a defective charger that they never tested even after I took It back. I had To contact Apple for a replacement cord and when I got It, it was the charger, not the cord. This is not a corporate store and they make money on their sales so will do anything to make that money.

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars, because that's what they deserve. My wife and I walked into this AT&T store with the intention of upgrading her phone using the early upgrade feature she had paid for. Little did we know, we were walking straight into a web of deceit spun by the bald, tattooed salesman who “assisted” us. I’m going to omit his name because, according to other reviews, there are allegations that he resorts to switching name tags to avoid accountability. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that honesty was not a priority for this individual. He bombarded us with lies and manipulations, preying on our trust and lack of knowledge about the intricate details of our plan. Here's a rundown of the deceitful tactics employed by this salesman:Lie #1: He insisted that we had to purchase an Apple Watch in order to proceed with the phone upgrade, claiming it would lower our bill. This turned out to be a blatant fabrication, as later confirmed by AT&T customer service.Lie #2: Without our consent, he enrolled our entire account into the AARP program, promising us a non-existent 10% discount on our monthly bill. Not only was this discount fictitious, but he also misled us by claiming that signing up for AARP was free.Lie #3: The salesman lied about the terms of AT&T's early upgrade program, falsely stating that we couldn't opt out until after 6 months and conveniently omitting the additional charges it would incur. This deliberate manipulation of information was designed to make us believe we were saving money when, in reality, our bill would have increased significantly. It’s imperative to note that each of these deceitful claims was meticulously verified directly with AT&T customer service. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the salesman had the audacity to charge us a $55 ‘restocking fee’ for the Apple Watch, despite us returning it less than 16 hours after purchasing it. Fortunately, AT&T customer service assured us that they would reimburse us for this unjust charge on our next bill.I urge anyone considering doing business with this AT&T store to proceed with extreme caution. Do your research, ask questions, and don't trust everything you're told, especially by this particular salesman. Spread the word and protect your fellow community members from falling victim to his deceptive practices.Side note:As I was writing this review we realized that he also added a $17/mo warranty on the new phone despite us explicitly telling him in the store to exclude any warranties. Luckily this was easily removed once we noticed it.

Dave and team are incredibly helpful. They’ve been my go-to store for years and I’ve only ever had a positive experience. They work hard to take care of all my issues and always do right by me to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. I truly could not be more impressed. Bravo.

Do NOT use the AT&T store in Oak Harbor, WA. We changed our AT&T plan and without our authorization EXTRA CHARGES were added to our account that appeared on our bill and we were required to pay the monthly cost for several months. He does not explain the features of the plan correctly and leaves out important details. Do NOT trust the employees at the Oak Harbor, WA AT&T store! He will act friendly, but you should NOT trust what he is telling you or what he is NOT telling you! Buyer BEWARE.

We are traveling thru the area and had to stop for help with our phones. Both the young man that helped us inside the store and the young lady that I spoke with on the phone had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Very satisfied with our visit and the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

All representatives have GREAT customer service and Dave went above and beyond to help both my wife and I with our issue that we were having. I highly recommend, if you need ANY assistance, go to AT&T in Oak Harbor.

*update* I replied to the email that was posted in the store owner response. It’s been 4weeks and I still do not have a reply. It took several hours on the phone with customer service to fix the issues with our plan. Our normal $170 bill was up to $340+ dollars after a trip to this location. I would give negative stars for this store if I could.*Not sure how you spell her name- but Amaya gives out bad info. Adding unneeded phone lines- insurance on lines that didn’t request it etc. Our bill is up $100

I was not allowed to keep my old number. I was told that calls and messages were set up for forwarding, they aren't as far as I can tell. My "quotation" came only after everything was done. I did not get to evaluate costs and options. I feel like I was rushed out of the store.
