My rear windshield wiper broke yesterday, the rubber was ripped and flopping around. I went in to a bunch of different stores trying to find a new one, my last stop was AutoZone. I went in with my husband to find one. I was immediately greeted by Skylar. He let me know that “I didn’t need a new one, my old one wasn’t broken”. Mind you, he didn’t come out and see the broken blade. I let him know that it was in fact broken. I didn’t make eye contact or entertain the conversation. A man in a red shirt came up and was very helpful and got us taken care of. On our way up to the cash register Skylar was like “Well you didn’t tell me it was the rear”. Yea probably because you didn’t bother to ask. He then walked over to the register where we were being rung up, and leaned onto the counter to continue the conversation that was non existent. To say I was over it is an understatement. I was very uncomfortable. My husband and his dad go in every now and again and have never been approached like this before.

Another Autozone location with very inexperienced staff. Stopped in to order parts for a head gasket repair, complete list of parts and… Ugh they missed costing me 3 hours and a trip to another store for the parts missed. The lack of experience shows, Qty required shows in their system and he missed. Yah I know mistakes happen, but basic info and knowledge would have avoided a costly delay and trip to get the missed parts.
I should know better, Napa is right up the street and price is same with experience at the counter. Autozone needs to train their people before putting them on the counter, tired of mistakes costing me money and time…
Update 4/19, Still no response from AutoZone on the follow-up they requested. I sent the info as they requested in e-mails and zip-zilch and zero response to the issues. So I had to go back and return the incorrect parts and spoke with the store manager, yah not good. He was not apologetic, not concerned and pointed to a sign by the door with the regional managers contact info...REALLY!!! Shows exactly as I felt they don't get it and really don't care if I shop there at all.

ordered parts, they failed to order what was needed even though I had a list. Sure my fault for not doublechecking but now I have to spend two hours to drive to another store to get the parts that should've been ordered properly the first time and can I get a 20% discount for ordering on the web and not in the store?

AutoZone Technicians have always helped me anytime I have a car issue. I go in with a panic and leave with a solution. My 1st choice is AutoZone! I highly recommend to all. Thank you guys for your amazing service.

Hate to dump a one star review but this store doesn't deserve anything else. Called ahead before driving up from the south end of the island at night to get a VERY expensive headlanp replacement for my wife's Cayenne. They are readily available at most parts stores. They said they had it in stock and gave me a quote on two different quality levels. So I drove up there and they said that they show one but it must be in the totes delivered from their warehouse that they were too lazy to put away all day. The first guy that helped me was friendly and positive but an idiot. He then told me he was new. BUT he took the time to start looking through the totes for me enthusiastically before he realized there were too many to look through. The other two employees stood there in an empty store looking at me and the computer instead of helping their go worker. They asked me how far I would drive tonight to get one??? Omg. This was the laziest and worst prepared group of employees I've seen in a long time to be responsible for a major chain store of inventory. Do not rely on this Autozone! I just ordered the same Phillips brand lamp as I have originally from Germany for $70 less on Amazon that will be at my door by tomorrow night.

I was halfway through my 5500 mi round trip from Texas to upper Washington when I noticed a lot of oil accumulating around the PCV area. Upon closer inspection the PCV elbow was cracked. Never fear AutoZone is here! I called ahead of time to make sure there was one in stock, and the friendly employee went back to make sure there was one on the shelf. It was a rainy day and I did not have any plans so I decided to install it when I got back to camp. It is labor intensive since you need to remove the intake plenum but I had all of the necessary items for a successful repair. I have 265,000 mi on the truck and have maintained it for 25 years and Auto Zone has been there when I need them!

We just had the best customer service from sales rep Korey. He was so knowledgeable and helped us with a code that was throwing from a check engine light. He helped get the issue identified, we bought the parts and fixed it right there. Awesome! Will return to this location every time we need a car part. Thanks Korey!
