Poor business practices. If you can't deliver within the time you advertise on your website/ FB then just change your hours to " whenever we get around to it". Also it seems shady to take payment of services without delivery that day.

Terrible experience from what we thought was a reputable business. The last 3 occasions we've used Corey Oil for our heating oil needs they have been dishonest, deceitful and just plain wrongful. The website claims delivered within 48 hrs. Yet they haven't delivered on that advertised promise not even once. When we call to check on delivery we're told within the next two days even when that was the same answer the week prior. Most recently (which has prompted this review) I placed an order for 200 gallons of heating oil on Wednesday 12/29 and was told it would deliver Thursday or Friday (12/30-12/31) the woman on the phone said the driver was in the area Wednesday 12/29 and took payment of $717.20 for the oil. No driver showed Wednesday or Thursday or Friday... I called early Monday 1/3 to see what the outlook was like. Mind you this whole time we have no oil and it is our only source of heat other than a small wood stove for emergencies. We have a small child which I relayed to the dispatcher, trying to plea to the urgency of delivery. I was told no deliveries occur on Mondays and that I'd receive a call Tuesday with an update. Tuesday came and went with no call. Wednesday arrived and I waited until around 10am to place another call. Again I was told the driver was out and about but we wouldn't get a delivery until Thursday or Friday. My family and I have now had no heat for a week during the coldest temperatures of the year. No attempt to make up for the delay, no offer of any solution other than to refund my money which could take up to 10 days! So not only did they hold my funds without delivering on service, their solution was to hold the funds for another week or two as punishment for being displeased with horrible service. I explained to them that we have a child and no heat, in the midst of a winter cold trend not slated to end soon. This is not treating the customer with any form of service and is quite frankly disgusting business practices. As I said earlier, this isn't a one time occurrence. If you don't want to service the south end, then don't advertise that you do! And if you can't deliver within 48 hrs. especially in emergent situations then don't say you will! What it really comes down to is that the driver doesn't want to deliver to the south end. You'd think a company as necessary as one providing heat in the winter would be more prepared and more well equipped to provide the services advertised. I'm disgusted with the lack of any resemblance of service and the complete disregard for integrity. I will never use this company again. I hope No one else has to experience this.

These "guys" are a CUT ABOVE the rest. Just moved here and needing a reputable Propane provider. Walked in their office and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Nate the owner with a big smile and an "authentic" hand shake. From start to finish their attention to DETAIL was seamless. NICE to have a "face to face" relationship with the owner of the company you do business with as opposed to just being assigned a customer "number" and HOPE you eventually get a call back.
