Ms. Soledad was amazing to my husband and I. I was a complete mess when I came in to drop off my girl, she helped us through the process and when I asked for her paw prints she was quick to respond and get them! Thank you, thank you. I am slowly healing but having her home in less than 24 hrs. Has helped so much!
