Fort Nugent Park is a large, well-kept recreational area that offers a variety of fun activities for families. It features an imaginative and creative playground with unique structures like rocketships and submarines, making playtime exciting. The park also has big open spaces for soccer, baseball, football, and frisbee golf, along with courts for basketball. Visitors enjoy the walking trail, covered areas, and clean facilities. During football season, concessions are available, and there is ample parking. Overall, it is considered the best and most fun park in north Whidbey, suitable for kids, pets, and outdoor recreation.
This park is great. Only complaint is that there is no changing table in the women's restroo.

Loved this park since I was a kid. Bathrooms just down the hill and 2 reservable covered areas with tables.

So beautifully built and fun! By far the best park I've ever seen. It is so creative and busy, but also interactive. Most parks are a slide and some swings, but this one is ao much more.
