Discriminated against my minor child for her age/looks and refused to cash her paycheck (issued by Keybank account holder) despite having a valid US Passport and SSN for identification. The staff embarrassed her and made her wait inside for almost 40 minutes while making the decision to reject her as a customer. We took her other paycheck to US Bank and were in and out within 5 minutes using only her US Passport as a valid form of ID. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this Bank and overall treatment of my daughter.

I love the people who work here, I love the bank, I love everything about this place. I have a business account with them and I'm glad I went with Key.

Nancy and the crew at Key Bank are focused on customer service and do an awesome job!

Key bank in general is an ok bank but their mobile banking is ALWAYS down. So it's not worth it to bank with them.
