Went in to replace the front two tires on my GFs honda, I got quoted at over $450. When I obviously declined the person at the front looked at me like I was crazy. This isn't the first time I've felt they've taken advantage of her, I'm just thankful I was there to decline. Not much you can do except not go back and tell everyone you know not to go there.

My wife and I were travelling down from Canada and had a flat tire on our SUV. We pulled into Les Schwab Oak Harbour to see if they had time to repair it. They told us they could get on it in 45 mins and they did and in 30 mins it was fixed.
We were so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff.
Not only did we not have to buy new tires but they fixed the tire at NO CHARGE and we were on our way. Thank you for such an excellent experience and great service!

We rented an Avis car that was given to us with a screw in the left rear tire and had a consistent slow leak.
I took the car to the Oak Arbor Les Schwab to get it fixed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work but above all with the high work ethic and honesty of the store manager Kenny who had my issue handled, treated me very fairly and was considerate. I told Kenny that he had earned my trust. It is gratifying to know that there are still businesses that practice the Golden Rule.
I was impressed and recommend the store.

It is rare these days to enter a place of business that treats their customers with the level of professionalism and as well as we were treated at the Les Schwab in Oak Harbor. We are traveling very far from home in a large vehicle and found ourselves with a tire issue. We were greated by friendly staff when we arrived, told how long the wait time would be until they could get our vehicle in, then an estimate of how long the repair would take. They were on the nose on all accounts. When it was time to collect our vehicle the technician was available in case we had any questions. Most surprisingly, they repaired the valve with no charge. When we walked out to collect our vehicle it was well parked in a tight space nose out so we could just drive off. They just did everything well.

May not be the fastest, but they are dependable and I trust them with my tires and wheels. They called me when changing tires to let me know my pressure sensor was busted. I didn't even know they tested that. But it's fixed now. Also, the one in Oak Harbor has some pretty good coffee while waiting and I'm very happy with the work they did and continue to do.

I had a bad experience at a nearby Les Schwab. Thus, I went to the store in Oak Harbor. Even without an appointment, they took care of all the issues quickly, and got me back on the road, safely. Very much appreciated!

Fast and friendly as always. Always helped us out every time something penetrated my tires. This happened twice so far ...
They offered to install my wheel back on my car, but I declined since we don't live far away.
I always tip them since they fix tires for free. I mean might as well, right?
I made a blood oath with the devil to always go to these guys for any tire related issues or replacement. ?

Called the Oak Harbor location a day before to get a quote to mount and balance four tires on 19” wheels that were brand new and off-vehicle. Was quoted by a tire tech $130. I figured that was a decent price to pay; showed up the next morning to drop off the wheels and tires and was quoted $222 before taxes. Way off the quoted $130 mark! The rep asked if I disclosed to the tech yesterday that they were 19” wheels/tires, to which I replied yes I did. She explained, “well that is the SKU we use for customers that bring in their own wheels & tires”. I ended up using the NEX Autoport to mount and balance all of them for $65 out the door (all done within 2 hours). Needless to say, Les Schwab seems to be price gouging these days. I WAS a Les Schwab fan and bought several wheels and tires over the last 15 years without any complaints for their service and turnaround time. I’ll definitely be calling Les Schwab LAST for any future auto needs. I highly advise people to shop around; they’re not the only show in town.

I have done business quite a bit over the last few years with the Oak Harbor WA store and I have got to say I have never had anything short of excellent service, both by their front counter staff and technicians. Can’t say enough good about the value that this Lea Schwab gives! Thank you!
