Best experience leasing a storage unit I've ever had! Hands down. The process was so streamlined and simple. The property manager Christine was over the top helpful and helped me get the unit without having to take time out to go down there in person on time crunch moving day. Seriously, she's A-MAZE-ING!!! If you're torn on where to get a storage unit, this is the place to go!

I have only just joined but the young lady in the office was very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure doing business with her truly. I don't foresee any problems in the future. I am grateful to have found them.

well I had went in weeks prior to arrange and even paid for reservation for a storage and it was supposed to be half off first month and already 2 weeks intothe month. I walked in there today only for them to delete my whole account we had set up before. nothing was explained and she charged me for full month she seemed like she didn't know how to use the computer. super frustrating. and on the first day. drove half hour to get there she told me she couldn't rent it out to me today.i then told her I had rented a uhaul and then that's when she erased my account and started a new account. seems like businesses not just this one is always trying some scandal

The nice lady running this storage facility is absolutely amazing. I had a unique situation and she did absolutely everything within her power to help me. Oak Harbor has plenty of storage places, but they don't have her.
Highly, highly recommend !!

I want to thank two ladies of front desk. I’ve been looking for way to newly built U-haul which is not on maps yet for delivery and they was so kind to show me the way and suggest U turn place for 53” trailer. Awesome people!!

Had a unit here for years used to be great service BUT.....the new management is non existent and beyond terrible. I was charged 60.00 late fee on the same unit I've had on auto payment. I recieved an email saying 10 days late and $60 late charge.....what??? ...then there is the fact that no one is in the office or answers messages or returns phone calls.my card is current its some problem on there end that they didn't process but no one responds or answers so be aware if you rent here you might get locked out or not have access to your unit. It's a really good way to do business by just not processing a payment and adding outrageous fees also. Renter beware I guess

Not impressed. We've experienced numerous occasions when our gate code would randomly stop working. They always say that they'll "fix it right away", but it persisted for two months. Wooster than that, our unit completely flooded out this winter and destroyed an antique table, hutch, recliner, mattress, & a china cabinet. Nearly all of our belongings are covered in mould now as well.
