No power, water, bathroom facilities but you are charged for it monthly. They shut everything down when office leaves whether your still inside or not so better have the gate code and be done with power if they do provide it. Every day you work on your boat you get charged extra $40. Doesn't matter who is working on it.

Very bad service, cantankerous owner, won't keep appointments. I had 2 bad situations with this guy. I will never give him the time of day again, and I will tell all my friends and customers to stay away.
