“Gustav provided exceptional support during a time sensitive situation. Although my lack of planning did not constitute an emergency on his part, he still made it a priority to assist me in getting everything organized prior to my deployment. Despite reaching out late in the evening (8pm) on not only a Sunday, but Easter Sunday, he responded promptly and offered his help without making me feel like an inconvenience. He went above and beyond and, because of him, I was able to deploy the following day with complete peace of mind. I never leave reviews but I need the world to know what exceptional customer service I received!”
“The Oak Harbor Mini Storage team has always been super responsive since we opened our storage unit with them about 6 years ago. We were recently able to clear the space we were using, and they processed our request to cancel the account very quickly. In the past, when we've needed assistance, they've always been very quick to email or call back with the information needed, usually in less than 24 hours (and when it was longer, it was because we contacted them outside of their normal business hours). We felt very safe keeping our items in this storage facility, which is fully fenced and secured at all times. Always polite and accommodating!”

“I have only used U Haul 7 or 8 times. The first 3 were OK. The last 5 were renting from or returning to the Oak Harbor Wa. store. I would call the experience great or as good as it gets. These are super nice folks who really appreciate it when the truck is returned nice and clean.
I hope to be done with moving but if you have to, and you are on or close to Whidbey Island WA., I think that you would be silly to go anywhere else. They get a 10 out of 10 from me.

“I have been using Outta Space Storage since 2017. I think they are a fantastic storage facility. They have always gone above & beyond to help me. The odd occasion I've had contact with other unit holders, they have been really kind & helpful. Security is fantastic. The grounds are kept up together and I feel really valued as a customer. And Claudia is awesome! Whether when I am there in person or via email, she is a brilliant. I adore her : )

“Its pretty awesome. Its a gated storage unit right next to the gate for the navy base so you don't have to worry about there being a meth lab in the storage unit next to yours, and it's affordable.”
