Very kind people! I have used them twice in the last couple years and they have been nothing but amazing! I had to get my storage unit moved to another unit so they could add more units and they reached out to me and asked if they could move the unit with my stuff in it or offered to help me move my stuff into a different storage unit. I definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future again! Also they are very affordable! Thank you guys!

The facility itself works for us. It's well lit, monitored and clean.Our favorite part of the rental experience here is the excellent customer service that I always in tact. Kris and Brittany excel in this area and work hard daily to provide their customers with the best possible experience.Thank you guys!

Staff was able to assist with any issues or requests I had throughout my lease term with them. Answered every time I made a call and everyone there is very kind. If you need a location with a lot of flexibility, this is the spot.

We just rolled into town yesterday kind of panicked cuz the U-Haul storage we had thought we were going to be in wasn't even open yet and dude at the storage place was cool as can be got to set up hooked up gave us all the information we needed 100% five stars will be back always

Staff is always available and helpful. The containers are air-tight and clean. Easy maneuvering with a trailer. Will definitely use them again.

Simply Storage has been a God send for me. After my husband passed away I was in a jam and needed somewhere to store my household goods while I prepared to sell our home. From Day one until now the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The security gates always work and the staff is very patient when I call in to make payments by phone. Kris and others have made this a pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

This place is so amazing! I’ve been using Simply Storage NW for quite some time! They helped me in a pinch and honestly it’s so easy to make payments and drop by! Hours are also great too if I need to get anything out after work. The website is easy to use as well! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and understanding and the location itself is quite secure. Definitely recommend if you need to store anything!
