Super fun store. Variety of costumes. You will definitely find something for you

The rudest customer service ever and their return policy is so insane they wouldn’t take a return from a purchase from 4 days ago. Then proceeded to be rude and unprofessional because I asked her to return it.

Don't shop here.... They have the worst return policy I have ever heard of. I bought something an four days later they wouldn't accept a refund

Everything seemed great. It just really got expensive this year, though.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Had to abandon my purchases and drive around bellevue looking for a restroom. Having been to this former Barnes and Noble location many times before I'm perplexed why they aren't allowing customers to use those same facilities. Beyond frustrating. Sorry we don't have "public restrooms". Apparently that applies to paying customers as well as the actual "public". Don't take your small children here if there is the slightest chance they may need to go. Never shopping here again - what a complete waste of my time. Traffic and parking also a nightmare at this location which made this doubly frustrating. Recommend Party City (also in Bellevue) or Display and Costume in Issaquah near Fred Meyer. These are permanent locations and not temporary pop ups like Spirit.

No public bathrooms. If you have a child with an emergency this is a huge problem.

Had to use the restroom, could not find an employee to ask where they were. So I went behind the side curtain (no sign that said employees only) and saw the restroom in the back. As I came out of the bathroom I was confronted by the girl with yellow hair, yelling at me if I just walked back here, I said yes I had to use the bathroom, and she began to tell me don’t ever do that again and never to walk back there. I felt like I was treated like a 5 year old. I told her sorry that I didn’t see any signs that said I could go back there. As I was checking out I told her she made me feel uncomfortable and to go about it nicer next time and to put up some sign so they don’t have this confusion with others. She and her coworker held up signs and said that’s what we are doing now, and began to tell me usually people ask us for the bathroom and we tell them to go Nextdoor. They were very passive aggressive and obviously didn’t care how she made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here every year and never returning. Hope one day they learn to treat people like humans. Just because you might have been having a bad day or hate your job doesn’t give you the right to talk down and yell at people.

Decent selection of popular anime, Halloween movies, and cliche regulars (nurses etc). Prices are ok...but I prefer to see before I buy with this kind of stuff. Several larger items in small quantities; different from places like Fred Meyers but not at 30% like FM. Might be better when the season starts or after it ends.
